Private studio cottage (350 Sq ft) has everything for a long / short stay. An ideal alternative to a hotel room if you like to cook your own food or have space to sit outdoors. Good to know

Newer indoor space has a kitchenette with a small fridge/ freezer, 2 burner gas stove, dining table/chairs, desk w/chair. Roku TV lets you sign into your favorite apps, or watch free TV. A private outdoor sitting area has BBQ, there's also bike storage!

Other Details to Note

Free use of the Washer / Dryer in unit, we will also leave laundry soap for you. There is also a iron and ironing board. All basic supplies such as sponge, dish soap, body wash, hand soap, paper towels, coffee and tea are also provided.

Dennis’s place was beautiful. I was comfortable. It had everything that I needed. Dennis was also very proactive in reaching out when there would be yard work. I appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into ensuring my stay would be a wonderful experience. The place was super clean, which is a big deal for me.

Dennis's blue cottage was our home base for a few days, for a southern Oregon adventure. It was exactly what we needed. Would love to stay again if we're in the area. I recommend this host and this property without reservation.

We stayed at Dennis's Blue Cottage for a week while we helped a relative with the sale of her home and car. The cottage has everything that you would want or need to prepare meals. We used the BBQ 3 times during our stay. I work remote from San Francisco and found the Wi-Fi fast and the desk and chair comfortable. A well-designed small space for a very comfortable stay in Grants Pass.

Relaxing, comfortable hideaway with all the essentials. Perfect place to relax after being out and about, cute little patio, small cook space to make meals, comfortable bed, desk if you want to get some work done, and a clean bathroom . The AC worked great, it was hot in Grants Pass. I loved the decor clean and simple.

I had a great stay at Dennis’s home. The bed was comfortable, I felt safe, it was quiet, and Dennis was a great communicator. I’d love to come back and stay. I’d recommend the home to anyone.
